They are uniquely positioned to understand the day-to-day pressures you are under and each course is tailored to be useful, relevant and packed with quick wins.

We offer two levels of course “off the shelf” but are also able to customise training sessions for your individual needs.

Foundation Training

These courses ensure attendees know how to use Adestra's MessageFocus.

Getting a campaign out! A complete overview of how to use the system and tips to save time and improve response.
Test and Learn An in-depth review of reporting including campaign metrics such as delivered, opens, clicks and more. This course includes building trend analysis and using comparison tools to help you identify best practice and learn from your promotions.

Email Marketing Expert Program

These sessions go into more depth of the key aspects of email marketing. Typically lasting 2 hours, each course can be conducted at your offices or at Adestra's training facilities.

Effective Email Marketing Data Management This session explores best practice in data capture including on site, list rentals, and co-registration. It also covers the pit falls and the opportunities of viral marketing, relevant legislation and privacy regulation before a detailed overview on suppression management.
Designing for Email Marketing Designed for web masters, this course covers how to code email marketing to display effectively in different email systems like Hotmail, Yahoo! and Outlook. It covers common coding errors and provides attendees with best practice hints and tips such as using preview panes to your advantage.
Email Marketing Deliverability These sessions explain deliverability in simple terms including ways you can affect how many of your emails are delivered into the inbox and how they are displayed. Consideration is given to how to measure the impact and what you can do to manage your deliverability.
Measurement & Improvement These informal review sessions evaluate the individual performances of clients’ own email marketing efforts. Through moderated discussion, these sessions focus on your own email marketing activity and provide ideas, best practice and real experience on how you can improve your email promotions.
