Account Management

All Adestra clients receive dedicated account management from one of our experienced team members. Our Account Managers have overall commercial responsibility for your account, co-ordinate other members of our team to help you make the most of your email marketing and are always on hand to provide strategic support and expertise.

Client Strategy

All our Client Strategy Consultants have been recruited from client side and use their personal experience and knowledge gained from working with other clients to help you. They are on hand to provide advice on best practice, new legislation, tips for writing email copy and email design critiques, through to helping you understand what your campaign reporting means and how you can improve and maximise the results.

Strategic Consultants

Our team includes senior consultants who are able to advise on and guide your email marketing strategy. The strategy team is lead by Steve Kemish.

Design and Campaign Management
