A third of all agency clients are spending well over £10,000 per annum on the medium yet 40% cannot track their ROI. Of those that can, a third are returning ROIs better than 300%. Significant budgets are being spent online without tracking. With tracking this figure rises dramatically.

85% of agencies believe that their clients could improve their email marketing despite 57% of them using less than half of their ESP's functionality to support their client's activity.
