Adestra appoints Marketing Director

Oxford, Uk–Adestra Ltd, the digital marketing solutions provider that specialise in email, SMS and fax marketing have appointed Paul Crabtree to the position of Marketing Director. Moving from Informa, an Adestra client, Paul previously held the position of Marketing Manager establishing industry portal telecoms.com as the largest wireless information portal within Europe.

With responsibities for expanding the Adestra client portfolio, and establishing Adestra as a key player within the UK email market, Paul’s appointment signifies a change in focus for Adestra, a traditionally sales-led operation.

Moving to the company from an existing Adestra client, Paul joins from Informa, the global B2B publisher and events organiser. He was reponsible for taking telecoms.com from a simple extranet to be Europe’s main information portal, and for all aspects of online marketing for a portfolio of established events, newsletters, magazines and reports.
